This policy describes privacy for the Focus Cards app, its planned Plus features, and this support website. Plus-specific descriptions apply when those features are available and you choose to use them.

The free child experience

The curated free child experience can operate without a cloud account. A Plus subscription is not required for the existing free activities. This does not mean that every feature of the app or website operates without processing information.

Parent accounts and Focus Cards Plus

Plus parent and account features use cloud services. Information processed for those features can include parent account details, subscription status, the information you provide to personalize a pack, and the resulting wording, pictures, and narration.

Personalization inputs may describe routines, interests, communication needs, or learning goals. Share only what is needed for the pack you want to create. Avoid including sensitive or unnecessary identifying information about your child or other people.

AI assistance and parent review

AI services assist parents in authoring personalized Focus Packs. Inputs and generated content are processed by the cloud services needed to provide those features. Focus Cards does not use child-facing AI chat.

Generated activity wording, pictures, and narration require parent review and approval before a pack is made available to a child. Parents decide what to approve and make available.

Downloads and local play

Approved packs that you download can be played locally, including after a Plus subscription ends. New generation, regeneration, and cloud Plus features require active Plus access. Local playback and cloud features have different data needs.

Purchases and service providers

The Apple App Store or Google Play handles purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds under its own policies. Subscription information is used to check access to Plus features. Cloud hosting and AI service providers process information needed to operate the parent and Plus features.

This policy does not promise that all information stays on your device or that no third-party services are involved.

Website support

If you contact us through this website, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. We use that information to respond to your request and support the product. Website and cloud services also process technical information needed to deliver and operate those services, such as network requests.

Please use a parent or caregiver’s contact information and avoid putting sensitive child information in a support message.

Advertising

Advertising is not part of the current Focus Cards model. This website does not include an advertising script.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can use the free child experience without creating a cloud account, choose what to submit for personalization, and review generated content before making it available to your child.

For questions about information associated with your account or a support request, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact Focus Cards support. We will explain the available options and any information needed to handle your request. Canceling a store subscription is separate from making a privacy or deletion request.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as features and data practices change. Updates will appear here with a revised effective date. Contact support with privacy questions, and see the Focus Cards Plus subscription terms for subscription details.
